Additional Guest Policy

Hotel Marina operates only on double occupancy per room basis with a maximum occupancy of up to 3 guests. Extra guests above the age of 12 years being accommodated in the same room along with two adults, taking an extra bed may be accommodated at a charge. This policy is applicable for reservations in Deluxe/Garden Room, Superior/Garden Room, Executive Rooms and Suite Rooms. Family Room (Executive Suite) at Marina, however, can accommodate up to 4 guests above the age of 12 years.
Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
For any Damage done to the hotel amenities, articles, furniture, property., etc., by or due to guests themselves or their visitor or any other person for whom they are responsible, guests will be held responsible and so must make up to pay and settle for such loss and damage in full as deemed appropriate by the management.
All Disputes are subject to the Jurisdiction of Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
We do not allow Pets. Hotel is not Pet Friendly.

Child Policy

Child sharing for up to two children below 6 years without an extra bed is complimentary. Child Sharing for 1 child above 6 years without an extra bed is charged only for meals and stay. In case of a requirement for an extra bed in the room, charges shall be the same as adult guest sharing charges.

Early Check-In and Late Check-Out Policy

Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out will be subject to availability of rooms.
Check-in After 2:00 PM
Check-out before 12:00 PM

Visitors Policy

Visitors are not permitted in the guest rooms after 1800 hrs.

Food and Beverage Policy

Hukka/Sheesha and outside liquor are not permitted inside the hotel premises.
For your safety, security and well-being, we do not permit any outside Food & Beverage and other external services.

Alcohol Policy

If you are interested in hosting a post-hospitality event, please coordinate with our Food & Beverage manager to have the event held in a private function room.
Alcohol must be purchased through the hotel and the sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors and people without proper identification.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancallation, received payment is non refundable. But reservation will be transferable for any other dates till 04 days prior from the date of arrival.
Cancallation received within 04 days, full amount will be charged and no changes will be made in the booking.

Right to Change Policy without Notice

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE policy, TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES at any point of time without prior notice.
